Only a week ago they were living it up in Ibiza following a romantic break in Majorca.
But it appears that Millie Mackintosh and Professor Green couldn't bear to spend more than a few days back on British soil before jetting off again.
The pair touched down in New York yesterday, where they will celebrate Mille's 23rd birthday together.

Millie was relatively relaxed in a sleeveless black maxi dress cinched at the waist with a thin tan belt, which she teamed with nude spade heels.
She wore sunglasses, and appeared not to have bothered with much make-up.
Prof. Green was casual as usual in jeans, a black T-shirt with a picture of a shark on it, and a denim jacket.

No doubt Millie has plenty of celebrations lined up in the Big Apple.
She certainly appears to have had a good birthday so far, and tweeted yesterday: 'I am the happiest girl in the world right now! Best bday ever'
'Good bye london hello NYC,' she added today.

Millie's best friend and former Made in Chelsea co-star Caggie Dunlop tweeted a picture of the pair from when they were 18 to celebrate her pal's birthday.
As the friends pose for the camera, fresh-faced Caggie - dressed in a casual checked shirt - appears to be blowing cigarette smoke out of her mouth.
Meanwhile, Millie is sporting a distinctly dodgy blonde dye job on her hair and is wearing a pink spaghetti strap top and bikini, suggesting the girls could be on holiday when the snap was taken.

Posting the cute photograph, Caggie wrote: 'memory lane! me and mac at 18.'
Millie recently admitted she was initially reluctant to join the cast of the E4 reality show, and had to persuade her pal Caggie to take part.
She told the Mail: 'I knew Rosie [Fortescue] and she was also friends with my two housemates. I came home from work one evening – I was a make-up artist/beauty adviser for Space NK – and the producers were there.

'I was really preoccupied because I was going out, so they only met me briefly. The next day they called and I just said no and hung up. But they persisted and asked me if I had any other friends who might be good.
