Copycat Kitty: X Factor star is accused of trying to steal the life of Britain's Got Talent Britney impersonator

She may come across as eccentric and unique on the X Factor but it seems that Kitty Brucknell may not be so original after all.
The hopeful has been accused of stealing somebody else's life down to every last detail.
Lorna Bliss,33, who has been dubbed the Britain's Got Talent equivalent of Kitty, said the singer tried to take her friends, her work and even stole her boyfriend.

The girls have known each other for quite some time and first fell out when they were both working as Britney Spears tribute acts.
They first met in 2007 when Kitty suggested they become friends via the social networking site, MySpace.
Lorna told the Daily Star that she ignored the blonde as she thought it was strange, but the two women soon crossed paths again whilst filming a pilot show for Simon Cowell’s TV firm about Britney lookalikes.
'She started bombarding me with questions about my life,' said Lorna. 'It was a bit full-on.'

Due to the pair being in such a similar line of work, they bumped into each other again at auditions for a pop tribute act show entitled The One And Only.
But Kitty was less friendly this time and reportedly burst into tears and told Lorna to leave.
'She said she needed the work more than I did,' Lorna claimed.
The hopeful is also alleged to have bad mouthed Lorna to the judges on the show, but in the end neither of them got through.
However, Kitty didn't leave it there and continued contacting Lorna.
'I was busy preparing for a Britney gig,' she said. 'Kitty begged me to tell her where it was so she could come along. It was a bit weird because she wasn’t my friend.'

It was from then on that Lorna claims Kitty started stealing her work as a Britney impersonator and became too invloved in her personal and professional life.
This included Kitty apparently starting a campaign against her.
'I can’t prove it was her but there were things like: "Lorna can’t sing" and "Lorna’s act is rubbish." It seemed random.'
But Kitty didn't stop there as Lorna suspects she also stole her Johnny Depp lookalike boyfriend too.
Lorna moved to the U.S. in 2009 where she met Danny Lopez, and although Lorna thought she'd finally seen the back of Kitty, it seemed she was still keeping a close eye on her.
'We’d been going out for a few months when Danny suddenly told me Kitty had been sending him messages via MySpace telling him to dump me,' Lorna recalled.

'It put a lot of strain on Danny and I. We kept having rows. He started saying horrible things about my work.
'Whenever I called him to try and sort things out, he’d taunt me saying Kitty was on Skype chatting to him.'
The lookalike star then began recalling Kitty's comments to his girlfriend and ended up dumping her, but never actually dated Kitty following their split.
'I truly believe Kitty helped stir up trouble and caused the break-up.'
The women came head-to-head this year when they both made it on national television with Lorna getting through to the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent and Kitty performing on the live shows of X Factor.

But Lorna stands by the statement that nothing with Kitty is original: 'It’s all copycat with her. Two years ago I went on Living TV’s Dating In The Dark and then she goes on ITV’s Dinner Date.
'I do Britain’s Got Talent so she does X Factor.'
'This girl basically harassed me for four years and destroyed me. I’m speaking now because I want people to know what she is like and to set the record straight. I hope Kitty regrets what she’s done. But I doubt she will.'
Last night a spokesman for Kitty declined to comment on the story.
