The ample life: Nicole Richie unveils a newly curvaceous figure as she holidays with Sam Ronson in Mexico

It seems that turning 30 obviously agrees with TV star, Nicole Richie, as the recent birthday girl showed off a fuller figure during a break in Mexico at the weekend.
The mother-of-two showed off her enviable curves and and looked rather gifted in the chest department as she lazed by the pool in sunny Los Cabos.
Surrounded by her celeb pals, including Samantha Ronson and rocker, Juliette Lewis, The Simple Life star looked happy and relaxed as she showed off her new look.

Sporting a couple of different bikinis that accentuated her curves, Richie also showed off her tan lines as she sipped on a cocktail.

 

Looking rather buxom, the actress-come-fashion designer, frolicked in the sea wearing a bright purple bikini.

She was later seen relaxing on sun lounger, tying back her wet hair and wearing a pair of black round sunglasses and clearly defying gravity.
The star has been criticised for her stick thin figure in the past and it was reported that she had an eating disorder a few years ago.

In 2006 her publicist confirmed that she had checked into a treatment facility to address her inability to gain weight. but the famous daughter of singer, Lionel Richie, continued to strongly deny that she was suffering from an eating disorder.
But not comfortable with wearing the same bikini, the reality TV star was pictured the day before wearing a black bandeau bikini and a different pair of shades as she relaxed by the pool.

Her DJ friend, Ronson - who is known for her high profile relationship with actress Lindsay Lohan - also showed off her body in a skimpy bikini which was multi-coloured and printed with a star, rainbow and a skull head.
The 34-year-old also wore a pair of large sunglasses and showed off a variety of tattoos as she holidayed with the group.

Not satisfied with the luxury hot tub, the ladies decided to go for a swim in the nearby sea and were pictured running back onto the sand together - probably thinking it was time to top up their tans some more.

Richie - who turned the big 3-0 on September 21 - is obviously enjoying some girl time lately as during her break she was also accompanied by sisters Ashlee and Jessica Simpson when they enjoyed an al fresco lunch together.

Ashlee, 26, took the opportunity to introduce new beau, Vincent Piazza, to the group and wore a straw hat and black wayfarers as she sipped on a cocktail.
Older sister, Jessica, decided to cover up in the hot weather and wore an odd multi-coloured striped poncho.

The siblings were absent from the groups sea shenanigans but at one point, Ashlee was seen giving Richie a hug at the dinner table.

Wife of Good Charlotte rocker, Joel Madden, Richie was making the most of her birthday having celebrated on the actual day with a girly lunch at Cecconis restaurant in Beverly Hills.
Luckily it seems that settling down, getting married and having children has had a positive outcome on Richie and she certainly looks all the better for it.
