Diet would be the main factor that keeps Asian girls slim and trim. Western cultures have a high diet of fried and fatty type foods. Most Asian diets consist of fish, chicken, rice and other vegetables. Most all of their food is steamed, boiled or grilled so no saturated fats. Exercise is also a key factor in their slim waistline. In areas like Thailand most women do allot of walking to and from work and while out shopping. They also stay up on the latest exercise trends like aerobics, jazzercise, yoga, jogging and other.
