Fitness guru Jennifer Nicole Lee definitely puts her back into everything she does, even when wearing a very barely there backless dress.
Stepping out for a business meeting in Miami Beach's Mr Chow, onlookers were baffled how the former Miss Bikini America's revealing dress managed to stay up.
And it seemed the fitness author was giving ladies everywhere a lesson in exactly how to pull of the daring outfit and showing off her stunning figure.

Jennifer became a fitness idol across the U.S. after dropping more than 80lb after giving birth.

 

Her weight had skyrocketed to 200lbs after the birth of her second child. Seeing the transformation in her body inspired her to launch a career as a fitness guru and she has published several books, workout DVDs and has launched her own swimwear line.
'It's my goal and passion to help increase the quality of everyone's lifestyle,' Jennifer promises her fans on her website.

Her weight loss journey and subsequent business ventures led her to even appear on Oprah and several television shows.
And now the mum-of-two has branched out into a clothing range, which could be the reason behind her stepping out in such a daring number.
The range, called the JNL collection, isn't for your everyday busy mother but designed exclusively for 'fitness models photo shoots', perhaps explaining the impracticability of the backless dress.
Designer Elisabetta Rogiani explains on her website: 'I designed for Jennifer a Collection reflecting her hot Miami attitude that was structured exclusively for fitness models-- ideal for magazines, photo shoots and videos.

Jennifer's tiny outfit is justr one of the appearances the fitness model has been making recently, showing off her supremely toned and tanned body.
Seen working out baring the message 'Strong is the new skinny' with some Eighties-inspired accessories, including a pair of florescent sneakers, retro sunglasses and a set of giant headphones, Jennifer has shown women everywhere her regimes do work.

And two weeks ago the beautiful brunette looked stunning as she paraded around on the sand in a revealing black bikini.
And in case anyone was mistaken about the shapeliness of her behind, she had the words 'Glutes That Salute' emblazoned on the back.
The pretty brunette spent time topping up her tan and then went for a dip in the ocean to cool down and gave a clear show of her incredibly toned body and killer abs.
