The 30-year-old star was spotted wearing a personalised bikini bearing her new name, Mrs Humphries, as she honeymooned in Italy with her new husband Kris.
The stunning brunette showed off her incredible bikini body in the white two-piece, which had her new surname emblazoned on the bottoms in diamantes.

It was reported earlier this year that Kim would be taking her husband's surname when they wed.

However, new claims suggest that Kim will instead by double-barrelling her surname, going by Kim Kardashian Humphries in her personal life.
She will, however, continue to live by the name Kim Kardashian when it comes to work and her career - a prospect that it likely to please her mother Kris Jenner.
Jenner, who caused controversy earlier this year when she said she wanted to change her name back to Kardashian, despite being happily married to Bruce Jenner, said she wasn't happy with the thought of Kim losing her famous surname.
She said: 'I don’t think she should take his name and be Kim Humphries. She needs to be Kim Kardashian because she’s worked so hard to get where she is.'
Kim's decision to become a Kardashian Humphries follows in the footsteps of her sister Khloe, who took on the name Khloe Kardashian Odom when she married her husband Lamar.
And while Kim is clearly thrilled with her new surname, judging by her bikini bottoms, it seems her husband loved the two-piece as well.

Basketball player Kris couldn't keep his hands off his stunning new wife as they frolicked in the pool during their luxurious honeymoon at the Hotel Santa Caterina.
Lifting Kim up effortlessly in the pool, the pair kissed and cuddled without caring who saw them.
Earlier in the day, Kim and Kris made their way down to the pool for an afternoon of sunbathing and swimming, with Kim covering up her bikini body in a green patterned kaftan.
Kim worked hard to get her body in the best shape possible for her wedding and honeymoon, and admitted in a recent interview that maintaining her slim figure isn't the easiest of jobs.

She said: 'There's nothing easy about being fit and healthy. I'd never say, "Take this and eat whatever you want or don't work out." That's not realistic.
'To look and feel my best, I watch my calories and exercise. And right now, I can honestly say I'm in the best shape of my life!'
But there is one thing about her enviable figure that Kim would like to change.
She added: 'I have cellulite, just like almost every other woman on the planet. And just because I feel secure with my body doesn't mean I think cellulite is cute! It will always be an issue for me. So let's just say it's a work in progress!'

Kim and Kris married in a fairytale ceremony last month, and Kim is alraedy talking about having a family with her basketballer beau.
She told People magazine: 'Being a mom is something I've always wanted.'
She admitted that that day would come 'hopefully soon' and reiterated that she would 'love to be [a mother] someday.'
But in the meantime, she is content just to be Mrs Humphries. 'I love being a wife,' she gushed. 'It's really fun, but I don't feel any different. I still have that exciting, dating feeling with him.'
