Imogen Thomas may have been looking forward to a splashing time at the seaside presenting Hunks In Trunks for This Morning in Great Yarmouth today - but the brunette beauty got more than she bargained for.

The 28-year-old former Big Brother star was in the Norfolk resort to present a previously harmless segment of the show, which sees men parade around in their swimwear for something of a male beauty pageant.
But someone - perhaps a Manchester United supporter - saw red, and pelted the girl at the centre of the Ryan Giggs scandal with a water bomb.

Imogen was left with water stains across the rear of her dress and The Only Way Is Essex star Amy Childs, who was with her to help judge the contest, was also left slightly soggy by the stunt.

Witnesses at the scene told Mail Online that a furious-looking Imogen was forced to change out of her blue dress, which was by Debra Of Chigwell, before she left the beach on her way to a waiting car.
It was the second time that the former Miss Wales has hosted Hunks In Trunks following her first stint in Brighton last week and today, she was joined by Amy as well as fellow former BB star Brian Dowling.

She gave the three hunks she liked best a kiss to put the into the final, before the crowd decided which one they wanted to crown the winner.
Imogen is believed to have signed a seven week deal with the ITV show, and a spokeswoman told Mail Online that 'she will be back throughout the summer doing other stuff in different locations around the country.'
The segment had previously been hosted by Coleen Nolan.
It appeared that Imogen soon put the water bomb incident behind her however - water off a duck's back, as it were.

She wrote on her Twitter afterwards: 'Hunks in Trunks was so much fun today ;-) we love Great Yarmouth! and the hunks are getting hunkier...whooop! Roll on next wk ;-)'
Then later on, she appeared to be having a fun night out too, enthusing: 'WOW! I'm @CrazyBearGroup in covent garden! We love it here. The food is delicious and we got out own booth! The performers are amazing! :-)'
The star also revealed she was off to Spain tomorrow to shoot her 2012 calendar.

The former Big Brother contestant also seems to be getting a tad philosophical of late following her year of heartbreak and earlier this week, was retweeting life coaching advice from a site called The Note Book Of Love.
She quoted: 'Every girl has that one guy she goes back to, heartbreak after heartbreak, & nobody knows why, not even her. She just can't let go'.
Another aphorism she Tweeted said: 'Life is too precious to worry about stupid things. Have fun and fall in love. Regret nothing and don't let people bring you down.'
She was revealed as having had an affair with married Giggs earlier this year, despite him taking out a so-called super injunction to prevent her talking about their relationship.
